The
Ever hungry crow,
Feathers glistening with their
Luscious black sleekness, hovering
From up high, like a grim omen of
Death, Destruction and mayhem
Beautiful creatures despite the fears
The lonely victim's only company a distant
Silhouette they can see from where they've
Fallen, collapsed on the ground from absolute
Exhaustion, of trying to be strong, of staying
In the bright lights of the world. The eye of the
Crow glints in the moonlight, as black as the
Starless night it inhabits naturally, its wings
Like long shadows cast as the sun sets. Its
Beak and talons finish off its look, the beak so
Cruelly curved and dangerous ton impale
Flesh and rip it from the bone. The crow
Should represent many things in my eye,
Companies extorting innocent people,
The Fallen soldiers, a weapon
To Destroy and the last friend
For The Soul. Remember when
You next see Its lonely Form. Think of all the
People it can some
How symbolise,
Those who can
Scream at the
Approaching

The Black Rose
Red roses are so clichéand a yellow rose did not say enough
A white rose speaks of purityperhaps I should have reached for the blue
Though mysterious, that colored rose just did not seem to suit you.
I could have reached for the pink, but I held back
Though your presense gives me happinessthe pink just seemed to lack.
I needed something moresomething that spoke of us
That said forever is our friendship and youre the one Ill forever trust.
And that is when it dawned on methe colored rose I

fooled.
because
I smile when
he lies
to me
he believes
me unaware

Stitches
Her name is Stitches and I love her.
She doesn't believe that - she says it is an improbability.
She doesn't say impossibility and that gives me hope.
No one but me knows why she's called Stitches.
I've run my hands over her soft white skin,
Flushed with the fevers of midnight.
I've touched it.
I've let my fingertips explore the hitches in her skin,
Where her body couldn't quite heal itself.
Old memories of gaping holes and vicious lies.
From her shoulder to her wrist,
From her knee to her ankle,
Any where she can negotiate a knife - she is Stitches.
It makes her cry sometimes.
She says she doesn't like being a rag doll any more.

Another poem i tried to shape. not sure how it will turn out but please comment on it.
Where can pieces of poetry like this be posted? should it be in the visual section which doesn't allows it or just get left in the open section ? Is this a poem or is it a form of art?
Main question : Does the shape add or detract from the poem itself?
